Your donation is tax-deductible to the extent that the law permits. JCC is a not-for-profit public charity recognized in the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union.

For American taxpayers, tax-deductible donations in U.S. dollars can be made digitally by sending a wire transfer or by check. The U.S. fiscal sponsor of the Jewish Cultural Center-Ljubljana is the Center for Jewish Culture and Creativity, a 501(c)(3) organization. Donations from the United States should be made payable to the Center for Jewish Culture and Creativity (please write "JCC-Ljubljana" on the memo line). Here are the steps for donating with a wire transfer:

First, send us an email with the specifics—including your name and email address to info@jkc.si.

Center for Jewish Culture and Creativity will then email a form to you, which captures the information that are required to collect in connection with every donation. That includes your mailing address, the amount of the gift, the project you are supporting, as well as your bank information so that thay’ll recognize the transfer as yours.

Once they receive your information, they’ll send you their bank details. Then you can send them the funds by wire transfer or EFT.

After the donation reaches them, they’ll send us your Acknowledgement letter, which serves as your tax receipt.
